"It is my first time using Antler. I ordered the above suitcase, knowing that it will be well used, and wanted the reassurance of a Lifetime warranty. I travel extensively, multiple times a year, and my current Samonsite is on its last legs. I haven't had the opportunity to use the case yet. But I also ordered a cabin bag from Antler, which will be used on Sunday. Antler staff really seem to care about the product. And I salute them for good old fashioned customer service"
