What is your policy on returns?
We will accept the return of any goods within 28 days from the date of delivery. All items for return must be in their original packaging, including the dust bag, and must be unused.
Do I have to pay for a return?
No, returns are complimentary.
How do I arrange a return?
To arrange an international return please visit our Global-e returns portal. Please note that you will need your Order ID and email address in order to process your return.
Please send the order back in its original packaging, including the dust bag.
Please note some International Returns may be subject to longer processing times.
Can I exchange my purchase for another item?
The best way to do this is to return your unwanted item via our Global-e returns portal and place a new order. We will refund your return when it's been received back to our warehouse which takes up to 28 working days from the date of return. We're not able to take part payments or facilitate part refunds.
