Well made, but the backpack strap is not ideal
"The quality and looks of this backpack are very good, but a major drawback is the location of the loops for backpack straps. Placing on the side of the backpack makes the backpack to bend when the backpack is not fully stuffed, making the pack not only looks weird but also uncomfortable to wear on the shoulders. The loops should be placed at the back near the bottom that would avoid the problems or at least improve. Because I intend to use it as a backpack 99% of the time, I am considering return it because it is uncomfortable and in bended shape, although I really wanted to keep it for the looks"

"I ordered the Urban Core Zip Top Backpack in Olive Green as a travel work bag. It turned out to be a bit too small for that, but is now my everyday bag. I then purchased the Icon 2-in-1 Tote Backpack in Sand and this has worked perfectly for work travel. I like the top load feature, the full zip and it is big enough for my work stuff (including computer), my personal sling bag, large nalgene bottle and a pull over."
