| Eat |
If you love coffee, matcha, and delicious homemade pastries and bread you need to stop by Rye Goods for breakfast or an afternoon pick me up! A beautiful beach side Mexican restaurant that is a Laguna staple. If you are looking for a nice dinner out this is the spot for you! Tucked away in south Laguna, this is the perfect spot to grab a drink and one of their incredible smash burgers or Japanese sweet potato appetisers. While it’s counter service the ambiance makes it feel like a cool sit down restaurant. Small but mighty. One of the best sushi spots in town. While it does have a smaller interior their attention to detail in their dishes make them a go-to. |
| Stay |
One of my absolute favorite hotels to stay at. While it’s small, that’s what is so endearing to me. Fresh coffee is at your door every morning and their restaurant (which is only available to guests) is absolutely delicious. Each room is unique and its walking distance to one of my favorite beaches. The decor can’t be beat here. It’s one of the newer hotels in Laguna and has a quaint beach cottage like environment. Nestled right next to main beach, this hotel got a major overhaul aesthetic wise. A beautiful hotel that is in super central to downtown Laguna Beach. |
| Shop |
This shop has the best and most unique home decor in Laguna. I could spend hours here just browsing around! The cutest little gift shop that houses stationary, kids toys/activities and holiday decor! A cute beachy vintage shop with decor and clothing. |
| Unwind |
One of my favourite beaches. Tucked away with beautiful cliffs and views. Drive up to this neighbourhood and with just a short walk you have the most stunning view of the coast and all of Laguna beach. Especially beautiful at sunset! While it does take some steps to get down to the beach it’s 100% worth it. On top of a stunning beach there is also a natural pool you can check out. |
Stephanie’s Local Tip
While summer is an ideal time to visit it’s also a great during the off season and much less crowded!
